WARRANTY CONDITIONS

For all models DRAGON SAFETY SHOES/BOOTS

Warranty for manufacturing faults with right use

1- 12-Month WARRANTY:

Replace by new shoes/boots for the shoes/boots are not yet used, which have faults

2- 6-Month WARRANTY:

• A - Replacement by the new shoes/boots: For the shoes/boots which their cleats of outsole are rubbed off (The outsole is flat without cleats)
• B - Replacement by the new shoes/boots: For the faults: Toecap and outsole comes apart/break into pieces, the leather is broken naturally within 30 days from delivery date
• C - Repair: For other faults not above mentioned.
